Randy,

You are correct that the reply was unwarranted. CCED does not in any way
support or endorse pirated software and has a zero tolerance of it. But,
we do fully support being civil and answering honest questions. The
consensus of the moderators is that the poster was honestly asking if
the site was legitimate or not. We do not feel he way attempting to
promote illegal software distribution, but merely asking first. Fred's
tirade is viewed by the moderators as flaming and is being handled as
such.
