Most drawing/modelling software (CAD) can't generate toolpaths (CAM).
Normally you need a plug in at least (Draw with Rhino, create tool
pathes with visual mill for example).
The tool paths generated by Meshcam are not very efficient (loads of
G01, no choice of climb or conventional milling etc), but if you are
machine a one off in wax or foam where time is not such a bit deal,
the price is right.
