Rich,
The transformer is a Hammond and I bought it through Allied
Electronics. It's model # is 182U24 and is at
http://www.alliedelec.com/catalog/pf.asp?FN=618.pdf the specs are:
750 VA, (series) 48VC.T.@15.63A and (Parallel) 24V@31.26A
