Hexapod changes

Based upon suggestions from this mailing list, I made some changes to
the hexapod:

I drilled 6 new holes on the base, and 3 new holes in the platform. The
actuators now are now placed in groups of 2.

The platform seems much more stable now.

Next step is to get it moving with EMC.
