NAMES. Must have been 2000.
This +/- 15 comes from the NIST cable hexapod. It has more to do with the
mechanics of Stewart platforms rather than any inherent limitations in
the EMC.
One of the hexapods (model 2) that is demonstrated on Till's site can get
the platform nearly 90 degrees to the bed.
