Moderators note:
Regarding the referenced "copyright infringement", on 09-22-2003, the posts of Aug. 22, 2003 are 65307 thru 65327 inclusive with all posts intact. There are no deleted posts so if that is the correct date and the alleged claim was made on CCED, a search does not show it. There was a post number 68538 on Dec 20, 2003 that fits the search criteria (at the discression of the poster of message #68538 it has been deleted from the archive). Further communication with the poster protobyte_1 indicates that these date reference is in regards to activity that occured outside of the CCED list.

This post has been allowed by direct insistence of the poster with the onetime prearanged permission of the moderators. List Rules remain in effect and there is no reason to post on list with off topic replies. Any input to to CAD_CAM_EDM_DRO-owner@yahoogroups.com only

Our having dropped a toy in someone else's sand box probably didn't
deserve jamming a sucker stick in our eye, but.... either way, a
response is in order.

We don't intend to defend ourselves with the many stories available,
especially within a posting to an internet group. Anyone doing so
should realize they open themselves to allegations of defamation,
slander and other forms of libel.

GeckoDrive's allegations of "copyright infringement", in post# 68538
were referred to our attorney (www.spencerfane.com ). This matter
began with their first allegations (dated 09-22-2003).

As for technical accuracy: The G201A REV-3 design is three-years old.
The MOSFET's used in the ProDrive-2000 dissipate a mere "watt"
(static) each, when operated at 5-amps. This means "Robust".....
