Wiring Soundlogic/Campbelldesigns Breakout Board

I'm very bad in electrical subject !

I'm trying to wire a Soundlogic/Campbelldesigns Breakout Board Plus
for MACH2. I uses Gecko 201, XYZ Home Switch , XYZ limit switch (one
per axis), a relay for spindle on/off, another relay for a dust
collector and a Estop and a power supply for my geckos.

1) Is anyone here able to draw me a wiring diagram, indicating me how
to wire all my parts (particularly Estop) and what type of AWG wire I
have to use ? you can send be the schemes by Mail.

2) advice to choose my relays (part references would be appreciate)

3) advice to choose my limit and home switches (part references would
be appreciate)

4)what is the PCB relay board mention in the board manual, advantages
and drawbacks to use it ? and how to build it ?
