Check out http://groups.yahoo.com/group/PIGINFO/ and search back
through all the old posts. The group is focussed primarily on the
PlasmaCAM system but a LOT of the topics that are discussed relate to
cutting speeds, heights, amps, air pressure, dust removal, minimising
dross, removing dross, etc etc. There are a lot of useful suggestions
and experiences that have been posted.
