There were more than willing to sell me a replacement spar, but the
repair came in at less than 50% of the cost. They replaced the read
head, stainless steel tape and cable and I ended up with the equivalent
of a new spar.
Nice folks, very service oriented. My only complaint was they couldn't
locate a schematic of my Pathfinder display unit.
You do have to talk to the right department though.
