Hi Dave:
I don't know the machine, but I do know the maker.
I worked very briefly on a big Zayer vertical mill at a local toolroom.
It was a well built machine capable of extraordinarily heavy cuts, but it
was really a hogging mill and didn't have much in the way of top end speed.
Purely a metalworking machine, but a very capable one.
If I had the need, I would buy Zayer with confidence.
