Which leads me to another of my scrounged motors, it's on a mounting plate
with rubber bushings, and there's a short ground strap that presumably went
to whatever frame the motor was mounted on. That important?

The nameplate on this one says "Inland/Nippon Pulse Motor" and "1 ohm/phase"
and it bears the part number PJ55F1-41B, but no indication of what voltage
or amperage this thing wants to work at, any of you guys know of where I
might find such? This is one of the bigger ones in the box, over 2" in
diameter and over 2-1/2" tall, not counting the mounting etc.
