I found the solution it's in the ULP files the first 4 on mine do it all. I
had been looking at the user files for the "mill" file names. It was right
under my nose (usually that's where I find my big mouth :-))

The ULP's are:
1nc-drill_gcode.ulp
2outlines_gcode_excel.ulp
3outlines_gcode_mirrored.ulp
4board_outline_gcodeinch.ulp

They work great and the code looks good. Soon I'll test it out on the mill.

The hardest part about playing with CNC conversions is waiting for the toys
to arrive.
