Yes, No problem as long as you follow the following guide:
Both windings on the transformer should be tha same voltage and current
rating.
The windings are isolated from each other ie: not centre tapped.
You join the start of the first winding to the start of the second winding
and the finish
of the first winding to the finish of the second winding
Your output voltage will be the same but the current capabilities will be
doubled.
