I agree, the Taig lathe is not suitable for CNC without quite a bit of
work. The mill is a much healthier beast. Can't beat the price on the
lathe though, $130 for a basic one! As for being a toy, aren't they all?
Of course the toy I want is a Southbend or Myford ;)
