I've done the #G0519 and you're welcome to look at the pictures at
www.IndustrialHobbies.com under Instructions and How to's.. All the
pic's are of the 519. I would recommend converting the entire head
over just the quill, it will tighten things up quite a bit. I'm just
about done with the "Head Z" for the square column and already I need
to make 4 of them for customers so apparently I'm not the only person
that feels that this is the way to go.

The Griz 519 does have a 3 phase motor and unless you got 3 phase
you'll need a VFD.

Either way It's pretty solid and works well.
