Not seen any DRO software for linux - It is a fairly simple coding exercise
that could be accomplished with tcl/tk or gtk... The hard part is the low
level hardware driver.
http://www.usdigital.com/products/pci4e/ lists a linux driver on their
software page, but I've not looked at it.

http://www.vitalsystem.com/motion/index.htm do an eight axis PCI card, and I
believe there is a flexible pricing scheme if you don't want all the features.
