You could try Dolphin CAD/CAM, available on
Trial download from www.dolphin.gb.com

Dolphin does not have an automatic nesting
Facility, this would need to be done manually.

The post processor could be modified to
suit a Wire foamcutter. This would eliminate
unwanted Z action.

Ed,
Just a thought, maybe you can add your own entry/exits to your profiles?

They would all be cut at the same feedrate as the 'profile'.
