Servos and Controller boards

Hello again.
I am looking to build a new project. This project will need 2 servos. One
that will need to drive a ballscrew or acme (hacked servo), and the other
servo would only need to rotate 90degrees (so a non hacked servo).
Firstly, where would you'll recommend to get nice servos from (I would like
100oz+ torque)
And secondly, where should I look to get a controller board?
I found:

but, does anyone have any experience with this? can this work hacked ones?..
And i wonder how you control the voltage to the servos on this.
