PCB Milling - Using Eagle, how do I get Gcode to drill pad holes?

Has anybody been able to generate Gcode out of Eagle to automatically
drill the padholes? Is there a script to do this?

So far, I have been able to generate out of Eagle the outline to mill
the PCB based on the information on this web page.
