Hi,
They may not support the lathe as such but I have found the company very
helpful and easy to deal with. I phoned them, sometime ago, requesting
information on a '70's combination lathe that they built just for schools.
They got out the drawings and told me everything I wanted to know. If it is
just a hand-wheel you are wanting, why not make it yourself or draw it up
and ask if anyone will do it for you.
If the main-board is an Acorn I wouldn't go down the route of trying to get
a PC to talk to it. It will be much easier to rip it out and fit a PC. The
stepper driver boards should be step and direction and can be used again, if
they are working, likewise the power supplies.
Regards,
Terry
