Dumb Newbie Question: Hybrid Magnet Steppers?

I'm showing my ignorance here...
But in your new lot of Steppers, what is a "Hybrid Magnet"?
I'm seriously contemplating buying a couple motors (6 months earlier than I planned to..)..
but I'm afraid of buying when I don't QUITE know what I'm doing yet....
