HI Vince, Brian, (and the SherlineCNC list),
I don't seem to have any files on CCED anymore.
SO, I put the file "FlywheelCutouts.cnc" in the files under KM6VV
engines on the SherlineCNC list.
This code makes the cutouts for a small flywheel on a CNC'd Sherline
mill.
N01000 (Flywheel cutouts)
N01010 ( 1/4" endmill)
N01015 ( .01" step depth, 65% stepover )
N01020 (12/10/02 alm)
...
It may or may not be useable on your hardware, you'll have to check it
out.
This is the main problem with attempting to "share" Gcode part
programs. Better to share the CAD files! Then one can generate his/her
own Gcode.
If you have a particular part you'd like to see code for, I suggest you
post it, and let someone suggest the way to make it. THEN Gcode can be
generate for a part you want to study.
