one another approach is the strato-concept for prototyping / casting,
to cut a solid into thin slices ,and to cut each part in thin plywood
(outline),and glue them together,part a+b+c..etc, this work with inner
holes , by this way ,it's possible to prepare a proto for a mould.
this is far less expensive than the abs machine,but not so well of course..
the strato-concept (tm) was develloped few years ago by the critt and
charly robot.
you have trouble.
