I have a couple of things to add to the answer previously posted
I would use mastercam to "clean up" the DXF from corel if I was going to do
more then one or wanted real clean edges. When you cut a dxf that is rough it
takes longer and the quality is low generally. You can take the dxf file and
do a connect the dots spline which takes more time to create the file but
speeds up the manufacturing.
