Forgot to mention, that the page that sold the Think and Tinker collet
adaptor went on about how they verified that the TIR was something like
0.0002". Sounded convincing to me...

As far as coolant, I just spray near the bit, the exhaust from the trim
router creates a vortex that sort of pulls the puddle of coolant along. So
it's not a constant flood of coolant. Since I have to stand there w/ the
spray bottle, after about 10-20 minutes of machining I flip on the wet/dry
shop vac and suck up the extra coolant/chips before the puddle gets big
enough to run off the table.
