Jeff: There is a spiral-wound stuff used for air-ducting called
"Flexhaust". You might find suitable sizes at auto-parts shops (or auto-AC shops).
"We" used it for some applications in the pipe-organ industry, so, if you know
a pipe-organbuilder in your city, or a "supply house" (Erie, PA is the
largest, most famousest), call 'em up!

Now, this stuff is not MADE for the purpose for which you intend it, but it's
closer to Gortite round bellows-tube than toilet-paper tubes, and is surely
an order of maggotude cheaper per-foot. Maybe even check your local yellow
