Wayne: Rather than go into a rant on this topic which will
almost-certainly at least EVOLVE into OT, if not considered so at the outset, e-mail me
direct (JanRwl@...). In '86, I built a big X-Y for a WW firm in England,
shipped it, flew over, installed it, had tea and crumpets and flew home. Whew! So
I kinda-almost-nearly know SUMPIN about it all. Jan Rowland
