I have some good and bad news...

The Delta Tau card is not compatible with EMC.
EMC is a different concept that just uses an I/O
card and has the computer do all the calculations
with a special real-time operating system.

Now for better news....

The Card you have actually has a motion control
computer on it. The host pc is only used to communicate
with it. As such it does not need a real-time operating system.

The card might be worth some $ as well...

If you can tell me more about the card (model # etc) I can check
for compatible software.

I purchased a used computer that has a (Delta TAU) PMAC-PC ISA card
that I would like to use to retrofit a lathe. I have no working
knowledge of this PMAC family of cards. From the initial
information I have on this card it appears that it would replace a
Servo-To-Go card. Has anyone used this card? Is there any EMC
information available for this card?
