with the cheap grinders/routers available from Harbor Frt
it would seem that would be easier and not that expensive.
the grinders are usually pretty short and bearings are one
of the problems. No side pull on the air grinder so the bearings
may look good for the air grinder, but putting a side load on them
for the electric motor may make problems.

Hi all,
has anyone modified a pneumatic die grinder for use with an electric
motor ?
I'm thinking that one could gain access to the shaft and use it to put
on a pulley and then have a shaft with bearings.
