Les,

Thanks for the link, that will be very useful. I know there are far more variables to this
thatn I have even begun to wrap my head around yet, but I primarily want a mill that will
be used for making smaller parts from mostly aluminum, but occasionally harder stuff
even as far as inconel.

Caudlet,

I kind of thought that 16mm might be abit to course. They were a great deal, but I have
1 8mm already and I think I will hold out to find some 6mm screws. I plan on using Parker
OEM770T Drivers for the servos, controlled by EMC from a nice fast PC. I would think that
somehow, being open-source, EMC could be set to ignore all but say every fourth pulse. I
still have no idea what I'm talking about though, so I may be playing in left field for the
wrong team.

I'm sure that I will end up redesigning this thing after its done to better the performance.
This is a bit addiciting.
