Hi:

Check your ground to the PC, it soudns liek your reference to the signals
may be missing. 0 - .2 is very low and indicates something desparately
wrong. Make sure your measureing the DIR pin, the step pin cannot be
measured with a voltmeter as Mach2 puts out very short pulses..
