Mach2 does scaling(independent by axis if you wish).

I think it handles subroutines.

I don't think it does rotation.

Do any of the hobby PC based controls support coordinate rotation
and scaling, also subroutines? These are a couple of features I'd
like in the controller I want to use on a small Dyna mill.

I've looked at the sites of a few of these type controls in the past
and there wasn't much specific info on their features. so I'll do
it the lazy way and ask you guys.
