Hello Doug,

TurboCnc 3.1a and upward uses subroutines. TurboCnc 4.0 also has
variables, and primitive looping. Variables can be used for scaling and
offsets. TurboCnc is inexpensive shareware with fully functional free
download. It runs under DOS on anything with a coprocessor from an 80486
66MHz or better.
