Help with Bridgeport BOSS 7.2 BTC-1

I have just purchased this machine and got it powered up! The control
would power up and run the CRC check successfully. The axis's however
are not moving correctly. When jogging the x axis the z axis will
drift, then all axis will stop. Another push of the jog button may
result in a correct step, and then the next push of the jog button
will again result in the z axis drift and all axis stopping. The same
will happen when jogging the Y axis but not as frequently. I have
zeroed the XY axis successfully a couple of times but when I would
zero the Z axis the X axis would move and limit out. Also the X axis
gets the jitters frequently. I Removed and cleaned the contacts on XYZ
CRS controller cards, No improvement.
I removed all the logic cards except the LSI-11 and RRS and cleaned
contacts and replaced, Same axis responses. Then I removed the LSI-11
and RRS cards and cleaned the contacts and replaced. Now I cannot get
the control to run the CRC, I get the number 040 in the left display
and another number I dont remember in the right display. The Run,
Goto, and Hold lights are lite. I tried the Clear/Reset switch with no
results. Any guidance here will be greatly appreciated. Thank you
