CAD designed for creating toolpaths can make the offset completely
automatically and at the same time allow you to completely control
both direction and sequence of cutting. Vector Cad does this.

VectorCAD has a useful offset toolpath function and it will work
flawlessly with Ace converter or the Flashcut demo.
