etching/engraving PCB via a small CNC

I have a pretty good back ground in electronics, microcontrollers,
and building autonomous robots.
I do alot of prototyping for our robot team at Latech. I would like
to build a small CNC or engraver so I can make some PCB.
I came here because of a reference so I was hoping someone could
help me.
Some places I have found that have these kits are
Stepperworld.com ( FET-3 )
hobbycnc.com (
http://www.hobbycnc.com/cncpackages...kg/4aupcpkg.htm )
These are the motors and drivers, but are these good kits? Where do
I get the rails for the table?
Thanks,
Nick
