I have an Omron/Yaskawa G5+ VFD and the question was what settings
should be changed in order properly utilize a breaking resistor
According to Omron and Yaskawa tech supports (called both<G>):
Use ramp to stop which will automaticly kick in the resistor if
required
Change parameter L3-04 to "0" which has to do with anti-stalling on
deceleration
Change deceleration parameter C-102 to decrease time it takes to stop
That seems to be about all there is to it.
