Presuming you meant to write game port, yes, it is, but I have no idea
how much current it can supply. Feel free to use it, but keep an eye on
it for a while to make sure its stable.

In the configuration you are using it, yes. If you are using something
like a PN2222A you might need a fairly stiff drive current to saturate
it, Hfe can be anywhere from 30 to 300. A 1k or even 500 would be worst
case.

Whats the coil resistance for the relay?
