Parallel port relays

For those of us who are electronically challenged, there is an 8
relay, 10 amp per relay, assembled board available at
electronicskits.com for about $35 that works well right from the
parallel port, no fiddling required. The only other thing needed is a
12 volt power supply. I've been using some for over a year for
spindle and accesory control, and they work great. There are enough
relays left over that spares are built in if ever needed, and for me
the price was less than the time it would take to order parts, let
alone build from scratch.
