Stay tuned Luke...We're getting there.

Last week I was so frustrated with motor selection that I was ready
to just keep the steppers. I found a nice motor at a great price that
will fit all 3 axes...I'll post everything when I am making chips!

I know how much time and energy I have put into this so far...plus
the combined help of others. No sense in countless other people
wracking their brains out trying to do the same thing. I still
haven't given up on converting it myself ~ the cheapest turn-key
alternative is probably Ajax @ about $5000. Not Mach2 compatible and
requires an ISA/PCI slot to run servos. Probably Servo2Go or that
$888 card they sell. They run the system on Linux...probably EMC.
