Just wire the solenoid in with the start/stop circuit and it would pulse the lubricator at each start up. Or use an auxillary out on like Bob Campbells breakout board normally intended for spindle and coolant control. Connect one to the autolube and trigger it with an M-code in the software. Cycle times would have to be dealt with. I would opt for the at start-up scenario. Way-lube lingers a long time. Most of the oilers specify every 8 hours or start of each day if I remember correctly.
