I don't know what your budget is, but I'm impressed with
the Powerstation/Expert CAD-CAM program offered by
Glasshouse Software. They're currently offering it for
$295.00. You can also visit their 'Products' page, and
download a Demo of the program, and also a Tutorial PDF
file showing you how easy it is to create both Milling
files (which should be usable for Plasma-cutting), and
Lathe files. I have their old package called First-CAM, but
I'm gonna upgrade to their current package. Visit:
