Since you are using 50 hz power, the formula is

( 100,000 times amps ) / voltage

assuming you use a 48 volt transformer, you get 67 volts.

assuming you have a 750VA transformer at 48 volts, and assuming 750va
is 750 watts, then 750 / 67 = 11.2 amps.

so, 100,000 times 11.2 = 1,120,000
1,120,000 / 67 = 16,716uF

The capacitor should be rated for 100 volts or more.
using multiple capacitors is fine.

Using 20,000uF is fine.

But, I don't think he lists the 100,000 for 50Hz although it is
listed as 80,000 and assumed it is 60hZ.
