Good Q's - I too am waiting for Ron's reply. Can answer
one question though, a Dremel is a hand-held rotary tool
available in any hobby store or hardware store (try Home Depot?)
They come in various sizes and more attachments (router bits, drills,
sanding drums, cutoff blades, etc) than you can imagine.
Many people seem to use these clamped in a CNC router for
engraving or just as the spindle for holding cutting tools.
