Hmmm. I would think there would be some significant conflicts. Transformers
aren't perfect isolators; there is some common mode transfer between
primary and secondary. I would expect some losses to heat due to common
mode current. Be careful to derate the expected output, though I couldn't
tell you by how much without specifics on the transformer.
