Pretty sure we've talked over on SherlineCNC.

I really didn't mean to use my Sherline, just that the stuff I learned
putting CNC on my mill from scratch should help me build this project
from scratch.

I was hoping there was something like the plans you see for router
tables online. (like http://www.crankorgan.com/index.html ) Seems
like the same basic idea. But I guess that was optimistic

Sounds like maybe I should look for something on eBay.

My rock club is going to host a regional convention this year, and I
was thinking about trying to make up patches to sell as souvenirs. Or
perhaps monogrammed polo shirts. Pretty easy stuff. I have actually
embroidered by hand, so I know a little about it. Just monogramming
by hand doesn't sound like how I want to spend my summer ;-).
