Thanks for the responses on this everyone. I think what i'll do is stack them with a few inches of space in between. Bill mentioned arranging them in a "T" formation, which is probably best however, that will take up considerable room in the enclosure. If I stack them with a 2 inch high spacer made of UHMW polyethelene and machine air passages in that to aid cooling, I think it will be alright. I'll check the voltage and monitor the heating to see if its having any effect and let everyone know what I observe.
