This looks like a workable thing, but getting 150 volts from a series stack
of 1.2v nicads would require a mess of nicads. At about $2 each this
approach would be prohibitive. If rechargables ever became reasonably
priced then it would be a great idea. Well, maybe it would if it weren't
for the memory problem. NiMH might get around this.
