Bill,

Thanks for the information. I have built a cnc router (moving table) using
80/20 parts. I am now redesigning it and I hope to sell plans and parts. I
have found a supplier that makes the extrusions about 25% cheaper that
80/20. They do not make the T-nuts or other accessories. I have also made
friends with the local IKO rep. My current system uses THK rails and
bearings.
