CNC Laser Cutter

Does anyone here have any idea on integrating a "laser beam" system to cut
plywood of 3/4" (18 mm) thick and a kerf width of about 0.5 mm (0.02") to
produce die board (the die board is used for installing die blade to produce
a die cut blade) into a 2-axis CNC gantry type of router?

Any info, plan, or website will be appreciated. Thanks.
